Job description: About Us: Air Care Cooling and Heating is a family-owned HVAC company with over 20 years of trusted service in the Mesa and Tempe area. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences while growing our team and business. Job Description: We are looking for a hands-on HVAC Sales / Service Manager who can lead our technicians, manage both office and field operations, and drive growth for our residential HVAC business. This is a key leadership role for someone who is technical, organized, and business-minded. You must be able to still be in the field and help on jobs with Techs and run calls if someone is out.
