Sales Representative - Job overview We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. We sell Manufactured homes. Our brands are Sunshine homes, New vision homes, Champion Homes, Franklin Homes, New Vision Tiny homes, Cavco Homes Tru clayton and Deer valley. Texas Investment Homes has been in business for over 30years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with clients. This role is for individuals with sales experience and Spanish speaking representative is a plus. Sales Representative - Duties - Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to generate new leads - Social Media marketing is a must - Perform outside sales activities to reach potential customers - Utilize technical sales knowledge to promote products or services effectively - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions - Engage in business development activities to expand the customer base - Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients - Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale Requirements - 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer preferences - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets - Must pass Back Ground check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $74,213.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid training * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * Huntsville, TX 77320 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Huntsville, TX 77320: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
