Who We're Looking For You don't need to be a "car person"--we can teach you the industry. We're looking for a "People Person " with: A natural ability to connect, empathize, and build trust with people. Excellent listening and communication skills. A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed. Someone who is driven but understands that great sales come from genuine service. Experience in hospitality, retail management, serving/bartending, or any customer-facing role where you've proven you can persuade and service customers is a huge plus! Your Role as a Sales Professional Warmly greet customers and guide them through our in-house financing and vehicle selection process. Explain the features and benefits of our inventory, matching customers with the right vehicle for their needs. Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM. Build a positive, long-term relationship with every customer, turning them into referrals and repeat buyers.
