With demand for AT&T wireless solutions rapidly increasing, we are expanding our front-line support team and looking to bring on an Entry Level AT&T Assistant who will play a key role in our daily customer interactions, wireless enrollments, and sales support functions. In this Entry Level AT&T Assistant role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking new wireless services, upgrades, or account assistance. You will guide customers through service options, help them understand plan features, support them with device compatibility questions, process sales orders and ensure each enrollment is completed accurately. The Entry-Level AT&T Assistant is a customer-facing role and is essential to keeping our wireless sales strategies running smoothly. The Entry Level AT&T Assistant will assist with sales orders, troubleshoot basic account issues, recommend solutions based on customer needs, and maintain detailed records to support long-term account management. Entry Level AT &T Assistant Responsibilities: * Provide prompt, professional support to customers regarding wireless service plans, eligibility, and promotions * Assist customers with sales orders, activations, and wireless enrollments from start to finish * Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding customers through available options during their sales experience * Help customers understand the benefits of their wireless services, features, and devices * Accurately update and maintain customer records for account management and follow-ups * Work closely with team leads to resolve more complex service or enrollment issues * Proactively collect feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience *Entry Level AT &T Assistant Qualifications: * Prior customer service, sales, or retail experience is preferred * Strong interest in wireless technology, smartphones, or telecom services * Clear verbal and written communication skills * Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment * Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for helping others * Willingness to learn and grow within the wireless sales and management team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,800.00 per month Work Location: In person
