• Manage and grow an assigned territory with both new and existing accounts
• Develop a strong sales pipeline by targeting contractors, builders, and dealers
• Build long-term relationships, earning more share of customer spend
• Educate customers on FSBP's products, installation best practices, and sales programs
• Provide market feedback on pricing, competition, and trends
• Maintain strong sales plans and deliver on revenue and margin targets
• Travel overnight as needed (dependent on territory) What We 're Looking For
• 3+ years of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience in building products
• Proven success in territory management , B2B.
• "Hunter" mindset -- motivated to win new business and expand existing accounts
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM/sales systems and reporting
• Bonus: Direct-to-consumer sales experience
