Kitchen Cabinet Sales Specialist (Design 2020 Experience Required) Full-Time/Part-Time On-Site Location: Anaheim CA92806 About the Role We are looking for experienced and motivated Kitchen Cabinet Sales Specialist/Designer to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Design 2020 software , strong design skills, and the ability to manage the full customer sales process. You will work directly with homeowners, contractors, and designers to create kitchen layouts using Design 2020 , prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure a seamless customer experience from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities * Greet showroom customers and assess their project needs. * Recommend cabinetry solutions based on budget, layout, and design preferences. * Design kitchens using 2020 Design software (accurate measurements, layout planning). * Prepare detailed quotes, pricing, and proposals. * Handle the entire sales process from consultation to closing. * Coordinate with installers and warehouse staff to ensure accurate delivery. * Upsell/cross-sell countertops, hardware, and accessories. * Provide high-level customer service and post-sale follow-up. * Maintain the showroom (organization, cleanliness, merchandising). * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Qualifications Required: * 1-3 years experience in kitchen cabinet sales or related field. * Proficiency with 2020 Design software. * Strong understanding of framed and frameless cabinetry construction, materials, and finishes. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proven sales skills with the ability to close deals and meet targets. * Accuracy in measurements, quoting, and design details. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel. Preferred: * Experience using QuickBooks for quotes/invoicing. Education * High school diploma or equivalent (required). * Associate degree or certification in interior design, sales, or related field (preferred).
