I-WORLD CO. is a Cosmetics and Skincare Distributor located in Cerritos California. We specialize in exclusive contracts with Asian Cosmetics and Skincare brands overseas and import and distribute the brands to all the major national retailers across the US! Our retailer base includes but is not limited to Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Revolve, Birchbox, Ecommerce and Amazon more! Job Overview: An eCommerce Operations professional manages the daily functions of an online store, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and customer service. Job Description: * Order Fulfillment & Logistics - Oversee shipping, returns, and 3PL coordination. * Inventory Management - Monitor stock levels, supplier coordination, and demand forecasting. * Website & Platform Management - Ensure website functionality, product listings, and checkout experience. * Customer Service - Manage support processes and optimize customer experience. * Performance & Optimization - Use analytics to track KPIs and improve efficiency. Required Skills: * Bachelor's (Preferred) * MUST have 3+ years eCommerce experience (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) * Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Target, etc.). * Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics. * Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making. * Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. * Strong communication skills to coordinate with different teams. * Must be fluent in English. * Ability to fluently speak Korean is a plus, but is not required. * Final Compensation will be dependent upon skills & experiences. * 3 months probation period /depending on performance.
