Full description of the position
We're looking for driven, coachable individuals who want to change lives and create income by sharing financial literacy in a way schools never taught us. What You'll Do * Educate families on financial protection strategies (life insurance, living benefits, and retirement basics) * Share financial literacy through guided conversations, workshops, and virtual or in-person appointments * Build and maintain client relationships through phone calls, Zoom meetings, and scheduled appointments * Participate in structured training, mentorship, and ongoing leadership development * Take ownership of your growth while working within a supportive, mission-driven team Important Details (Please Read Carefully) * This is a commission-based, 1099 business opportunity * State insurance licensing is required (we provide step-by-step guidance and support) * New agents should expect to invest time in studying, training, and personal development, especially at the beginning * Most agents start part-time while transitioning * This role rewards consistency, follow-through, and coachability * This role includes in-person meetings, workshops, and office-based activities as part of the training and growth process.
