" Join Our Team and Help Customers Create Dream Kitchens and Bathrooms!" Position: Inside Sales Representative Location: Santa Ana, Ca. Pay: $22.00 per hr (Plus Monthly Bonus Plan)

Position Summary

: This is a key role where you will provide outstanding customer service by offering detailed product information, helping customers make informed decisions, and ensuring they leave with the confidence that their purchases will be perfect for their home. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

: Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Kitchen Department Support:

• Gather information to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Draw detailed kitchen floor plans and create accurate quotes.
• Review floor plans with customers to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. Vanities Department Support:
• Assist customers with product questions and provide quotes.
• Perform stock checks and create customer-specific quotes.
• Complete special order and mandatory paperwork to finalize sales.
• Immediately remove floor displays as needed. Training Support:
• Help answer questions from new associates.
• Share your product knowledge to train new employees.
• Update team members on new products and features.
• Teach new hires how to process sales and write invoices. Showroom Support:
• Remove displays from the showroom as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
• Set up new displays and bring out fresh product.
