Job Responsibilities: * Represent national brands in a face-to-face retail environment * Engage with customers, answer questions, and explain product benefits * Generate leads and assist with product or service enrollment * Meet or exceed weekly sales goals * Support team goals and contribute to a high-energy, performance-based culture * Participate in team meetings, workshops, and ongoing training Qualifications: * Strong communication and people skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting * Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented * Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required--we provide full training What We Offer: * Weekly pay (base + uncapped commission) * Paid training and mentorship * Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles * A positive, team-focused work environment * Full-time schedule with consistent hours Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Mileage reimbursement Work Location: In person
