About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, fastmoving Sales Specialist / Account Manager to support our VP of Sales and serve as the operational backbone of our national sales program. This role directly supports our VP of Sales and plays a critical part in managing accounts, tracking vendor performance, and ensuring flawless execution across all sales initiatives. This is a role for someone who thrives on accountability, takes initiative, takes pride in being reliable, and loves being the goto person who keeps everything running smoothly and isn't afraid to dig in and get things done. What You 'll Do * Support the VP of Sales with notetaking, followups, and daytoday execution * Manage and grow key accounts , including national grocery chains * Weekly Sales Sheet management Follow up on hot buys and distribute new and additional options for clients * Track vendor performance , quarterly shipments, and program deliverables * Use CRM/customerrelations software to maintain accurate account data * Respond quickly to internal and external requests * Learn customer accounts deeply to anticipate needs and identify opportunities * Call on grocery stores and national accounts to strengthen relationships * Complete field tasks and assignments as needed * Follow directions with precision and maintain a high level of accountability * Create a monthly company bio newsletter Distribute to our clients and potential customers. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling and prospecting efforts * Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions and excellent customer service * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies * Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up * Adobe or photo editing skills a plus and will be used for various projects. * Act as the workhorse behind the sales program , ensuring nothing falls through the cracks What You Bring * Experience in account management or sales support * Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management roles * Strong communication and notetaking skills * High sense of urgency and responsiveness * Persistent, assertive, "bulldog" mentality * Ability to manage multiple priorities at once * Comfort calling on grocery or national accounts * Proficiency with CRM tools * A teamfirst mindset and willingness to take ownership * Conscientious and strong attention to details.
