Project Consultant Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Hybrid Schedule: Monday-Friday; Weekends as needed Travel Required: Frequent local travel / site visits Pay: Salary $100k+ and Company Vehicle Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Consultant to join our home remodeling and renovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential remodeling estimating and the ability to effectively communicate with homeowners to guide projects from initial consultation through proposal. This role plays a critical part in our success by producing accurate estimates, clearly defined scopes of work, and professional proposals that align with customer expectations and company standards. Responsibilities * Conduct in-home site visits to assess conditions and gather information for accurate estimating * Take measurements, photos, drawings, and assist with designs as needed * Prepare detailed and accurate estimates with clear pricing and scope of work * Present proposals and explain project details, pricing, and timelines to customers * Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process * Continuously follow up with customers to maintain engagement, answer questions, and move projects toward contract * Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and customer correspondence * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project details are properly communicated Qualifications * Experience estimating medium to large residential remodeling and renovation projects , including some or all of the following: * Kitchens * Bathrooms * Basements * Roofing * Siding * Fencing * Flooring * Patios * Decks * Additions * Strong knowledge of home remodeling and renovation practices * Ability to build rapport and trust with homeowners * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in pricing and cost control * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment * Professional, customer-focused mindset Requirements * Experience: Residential remodeling estimating - 1 year (Required) * Shift: Day shift (Required) * Willingness to travel: Up to 75% (Required) * Work location: In person Why Join Us?
