Inside Sales Specialist Who you work with matters. Agent Real Estate School is seeking motivated individuals who want to learn to succeed in real estate through inside sales. This opportunity is ideal for licensed agents or individuals actively enrolled in pre-licensing coursework who want to learn the business the right way from the start. A real estate license is required before working directly with clients, and commissions are earned based on performance and appointment outcomes. Compensation: $130,000 at plan commissions Responsibilities: * Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process * Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele * Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline * Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met * Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Qualifications: * Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills * Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license * Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred * Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car * Real estate license. * If you do not have a real estate license, we can help you obtain one.
