We are seeking an experienced Direct Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, cultivating, engaging, and selling to commercial printers who create direct mail for their clients. You will be selling a turn-key service and/or a self-serve solution to the printer to help them make the direct mail campaigns they provide their clients more trackable, effective, and profitable. You will find and engage potential clients via: * Your own outbound prospecting efforts (this is the majority of your lead and opportunity flow); * Leads assigned to you by MindFire; and * Leads surfaced via MindFire's channel relationships. In your role, you are responsible for selling to new clients and then transitioning them to our Client Success Team who then is responsible for onboarding, training, and growing the account. Quota & Compensation: * Quota: $500,000 per annum * On Target Earnings: $120K per annum * Base: $70K * Commission: 10% * Bonus: Accelerators based on quota achievementBenefits: Health insurance (medical & dental), 401K, work from anywhere Requirements: * Proven track record of success in direct sales, with a clear history of prospecting, cold-calling, nurturing, and closing sales over the phone and in-person * Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools * High Integrity, customer-first mentality.
