Overview We are seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer experiences, in person sales and customer service, and ensuring the store maintains an inviting and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Experience with team environments, working one on one with customers, and product demonstrations is a plus. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base. Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding demonstrations and product knowledge for customers * Upsell products and promote in-store promotions to increase sales opportunities * Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring promotions are up to date * Provide support in supervising or assisting with training new team members * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily sales operations Qualifications * Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus * Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual to assist diverse customers * Excellent and professional interpersonal skills * Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction * Knowledge or familiarity with retail environments is advantageous * Ability to work well in a team environment, multitask efficiently, and adapt quickly to changing priorities * Must have a car for day to day travel Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Work Location: In person
