Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories. * Conduct proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and outreach campaigns to identify potential clients. * Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. * Deliver compelling product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs. * Negotiate contracts and close deals by applying strong negotiation skills and understanding customer requirements. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead conversion. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with experience overseeing territory management and inside/outside sales teams. * Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation, pipeline management, and analysis. * Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills essential for building lasting client relationships. * Knowledge of retail sales, technical product demos, upselling techniques, and product knowledge is highly desirable. * Demonstrated ability to conduct market analysis, develop strategic plans, and execute effective sales tactics. * Prior experience in territory management or direct sales within a competitive environment is preferred.
