Employment Type * Full-Time Compensation * Earn uncapped commission potential. * 100% commission-based and performance-based bonus opportunities. Work Schedule * Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, and weekends as needed. * Occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends, based on client needs. Key Responsibilities * Customer Engagement: Handle outbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and personalized solutions for each client. * Consultation: Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to understand customer needs, offer tailored recommendations, and present product offerings. * Relationship Building & Sales: * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty. * Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements with customers. * Meet or exceed sales targets as set by management and market potential. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sale process. * Generate referrals and self-generated selling opportunities. * Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with prospects, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process to ensure satisfaction. * Collaboration: Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of custom orders. * Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system. * Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product offerings, pricing, and industry trends to confidently address customer inquiries. Qualifications * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in home improvement or custom design solutions is a plus. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers. * Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms. * Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address customer needs effectively. * Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional results as part of a team. * Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
