We are looking for a driven individual, seeking a commission based sales plan that includes a weekly base and monthly bonuses. There will be unlimited income potential, emphasizing performance-based pay and growth opportunity. We have a 25 year veteran of Douglas VW, who is retiring, and we are looking for the right individual to take over the 25 year book of business. This is a generational opportunity for the right individual. Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. Provide information on VW models, features, and benefits to assist customers in their purchasing decisions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Stay updated on VW product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth and efficient vehicle financing processes. Assist customers with test drives and answer inquiries about vehicle specifications. Clean Drivers License Required Do you enjoy working with people? Excellent work environment!
