What you need to bring: * 2+ years closing high-ticket B2C deals over the phone * CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) * Proof you can close programs worth $3K+ * The discipline to work remote without falling apart This isn't for everyone. But if you're someone who thrives on results, values flexibility, and wants to be part of a team that's been winning for two decades--let's talk. * Hours: Your Schedule (MST): * Mon -Thu: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM * Fri: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Sat -Sun: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off. * You'll work a 5-day schedule , never more than five days in a row , with two consecutive days off each week. * You'll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls. You'll typically have 25 -35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers. When not on a call, your time is flexible -- you just need to stay *reachable within 5 minutes*during your shift for any incoming live transfer.
