Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales Associate fluent in Vietnamese to join our team specializing in kitchen cabinets and bathroom products. This role is ideal for someone with a background in home improvement, interior design sales, or related retail environments. The Sales Associate will play a key role in helping clients find the right design solutions while supporting project coordination and showroom operations. Key Responsibilities: * Assist walk-in and scheduled customers in selecting kitchen and bathroom products that meet their style, needs, and budget * Provide expert guidance on cabinetry, countertops, and related products, explaining features and benefits clearly in both English and Vietnamese * Prepare and present quotes, layouts, and basic designs using company tools and software * Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up * Help maintain showroom displays and keep the space organized and welcoming * Stay current on product offerings, pricing, and design trends relevant to kitchen and bath Qualifications: * At least 3 years of experience in kitchen/bath sales, home improvement retail, or interior design industry * Fluent in Vietnamese and English , with the ability to communicate professionally in both * Strong customer service skills and a consultative sales approach * Familiarity with cabinet layouts, materials, or design tools (e.g., 2020 Design) is a plus * Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused * Available to work weekends or evenings as needed Why Join Us?
