DOCA Boston Kitchens is seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on promoting and selling our exclusive line of luxury European cabinetry, furniture, and bathroom collections to homeowners, designers, architects, and contractors. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-end sales, exceptional communication skills, outbound business development and a passion for design and client service. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow relationships with clients, designers, architects, and industry professionals through showroom visits, calls, and digital communication. * Provide expert guidance on luxury cabinetry, furniture, and bathroom solutions, tailoring proposals to client needs and design vision. * Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and product presentations. * Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution from inquiry to installation. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, finishes, and design trends in the European luxury market. * Follow up with clients and prospects to close sales, build long-term relationships, and generate repeat business. * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track pipeline activity, and report on performance. * Cold calling and proactive outreach are essential components of this role! Qualifications: * Proven showroom sales experience in luxury cabinetry, furniture, bathrooms, or related interior design industries required. * Strong understanding of European brands, craftsmanship, and high-end design trends. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in CRM systems. * Familiarity with design software is a plus but not required. * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field preferred.
