Commercial Real Estate Broker Found Real Estate | Los Angeles, CA Found Real Estate is a boutique commercial brokerage delivering concierge- level service across tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales. We combine deep market expertise with data-driven analysis to identify and execute highly tailored real estate solutions for our clients. The Role We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Broker to serve as a core contributor to both revenue generation and operational execution. This role blends business development, transaction management, and internal leadership. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment. This is a hands-on brokerage role with meaningful upside for candidates who want responsibility, autonomy, and long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tenants, buyers, and sellers through networking, cold calling, referrals, and targeted marketing * Execute leasing and sales transactions from initial outreach through closing * Conduct property tours, market analyses, and client-specific property evaluations * Manage listing processes including pricing strategy, marketing coordination, and showings * Coordinate and oversee transaction timelines, documentation, and due diligence * Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, attorneys, and internal team members * Support and refine internal systems, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus * Active California Real Estate Salesperson license or ability to obtain within 6 months * Prior commercial real estate experience preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates * Strong business development and relationship-building skills * High level of organization and attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable using CRM and project management tools; Airtable and Microsoft Office experience preferred * Customer service or client-facing background strongly valued What We Offer * Above-industry-standard commission splits * Base salary plus commission, DOE * Estimated Year 1 total compensation of $100,000+ * Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented team environment * Direct exposure to meaningful transactions and decision-making * Ongoing professional development and mentorship Equal Opportunity Employer How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief explanation of your interest in the role to [please apply online].
