Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of retail operations. This role involves engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The Retail Sales Associate will also assist in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. Duties * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling. * Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and encourage sales. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote products effectively. * Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability. * Uphold phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries, ensuring professionalism at all times. * Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations during transactions. * Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a collaborative work environment.
