Sunset Honda is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented, customer service oriented individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) as a Sales Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound/inbound phone calls to sales leads. Your goal as a BDC Rep is to generate showroom visits at Sunset Honda. If you have a strong interest in sales , good communication skills, a drive to succeed and a passion for development as a professional, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: * Conduct calls and text chats with potential clients and follow up on leads * Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients * Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries * Utilize CRM software to track leads, update client information, and monitor sales activities * Support the sales team with client development and marketing campaigns and promotions Qualifications: * High character, respect for the team and coachability are a must * Strong interest or prior experience in sales and/or customer service * Ability to focus and prioritize tasks in coordination with a team * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Intermediate skills with typing and technology Sunset Honda has won Best Car Dealer of San Luis Obispo County for 11 years in a row!
