Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers in-person about AT&T's products and services
• Explain internet and wireless options to customers with confidence
• Support sales orders by helping customers with purchasing decisions
• Deliver excellent customer service to strengthen customer relationships
• Assist the team with sales processes, tracking activity and ensuring follow-up
