Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management. * Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to create strategic sales plans. * Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve overall business objectives. * Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients, ensuring they understand the value of our offerings. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. * Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer information, and reporting on performance metrics. * Engage in B2B sales initiatives, targeting businesses that can benefit from our products or services. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales environments is preferred. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and make informed decisions. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product benefits to clients. * Familiarity with software tools used in sales processes for tracking and reporting purposes. * Experience in account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. * Knowledge of technology sales is a plus, particularly in understanding complex products or services.
