Responsibilities

:

• Work directly with walk-in or telephone customers to help determine and supply them with parts and accessories.
• Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
• Assist customers with determination of P &A requirements, lookup of merchandise in catalogues.
• Accept cash & credit card payments for merchandise purchases. Keep cash register accurate.
• Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to Make Things Right.
• Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers. - Other

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry is preferred but we are eager to train if you have a winning attitude!
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
