Our professionals earn an average of approximately $75,000 in their first year, with substantial growth opportunities over time. Income Growth Potential (Average vs. Top 25%) * Year 1: $60,000 - $90,000 * Year 3: $90,000 - $150,000 * Year 5: $150,000 - $190,000 * Year 10: $300,000 - $350,000 * Year 15: $600,000 - $1,000,000 Income is performance-based and not guaranteed.
