Key Responsibilities: * Technical Expertise: Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and fobs, becoming proficient in car key technology. * Customer Service Excellence: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with each interaction. * Sales Development: Gain valuable experience in customer acquisition, sales processing, and relationship building. * Data Management: Accurately input and manage customer information in our system, ensuring precision and attention to detail. * Team Contribution: Demonstrate consistency in technical performance and sales efforts, supporting overall team success.
