We need a motivated Sales Professional who wants a career, not just a job.What you 'll do * Help customers find the right vehicle and close deals the right way * Follow up with leads by phone, text, email, and CRM * Build your own pipeline through referrals and social media marketing * Present vehicles, handle trade appraisals, and guide customers through the process * Deliver a top-level customer experience from start to finish What we need * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Sales experience (automotive preferred) * Competitive, outgoing, and confident * Strong problem-solving skills * Self-starter mindset and reliable work habits * Strong customer service skills * Solid computer skills (CRM, email, basic apps) * Comfortable using social media for marketing * Bilingual is a huge plus Pay & perks * Commission-based pay with salary + draw * Hustle more.
