Overview

Our Insurance Producer Development Program is a structured, hands-on training track designed to develop the next generation of top-performing insurance agents and producers. This program provides a unique opportunity to work directly with experienced industry professionals while gaining the skills, licensing, and confidence needed to build a successful career with growth opportunities. Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ambition to succeed

• Customer-focused with a passion for helping others
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Must have the required state insurance license or willingness to obtain (support provided by the District)
• Prior sales, customer service, or business experience preferred
• Must be an Iowa resident

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program covering insurance products, sales techniques, compliance, and client relationship management
• Shadow and work alongside an established agent to learn real-world sales and servicing techniques
• Develop new business through prospecting networking, and lead follow-up
• Conduct client needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support
• Meet performance milestones that lead to advancement and potential agency leadership opportunities
