Busy store looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to implement and maintain effective, profitable sales processes for the New and Pre-owned departments. Our manager must have the drive to coach, lead, and train our sales associates. We need an energetic and outgoing personality to help bring our team to the next level. No Sundays Responsibilities Include but not limited to: * Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations * Appraise vehicles using analytics * Ability to train and motivate sales team * Ability to assist sales consultants in processing or completing sales * Ability to communicate knowledge of product and promotional information to sales team * Leadership skills of delegation, empowerment, coaching, organizing, planning, and interpersonal sensitivity * Be able to support the F&I Department in all aspects, from beginning to end. Requirements: * Familiarity and experience with vAuto, in terms of appraising, pricing, and merchandising * Help deepen the pre-owned knowledge of the sales team and improve the overall selling process * Knowledge of F& I processes a plus Must have at least 2+ years car business experience in this role.
