Position Summary We're seeking a highly motivated Luxury Watch Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience to our walk-in clientele and high- value customers. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or timepieces , who thrives in a fast- paced, client-first environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide world-class service to clients visiting our Newport Beach showroom , ensuring a personalized and engaging sales experience. * Educate clients on luxury watch brands, with a focus on Rolex, OMEGA, Tudor, Cartier, and more. * Drive sales by building lasting relationships and effectively communicating product value, provenance, and investment potential. * Assist customers in buying, selling, or trading pre-owned watches using our transparent pricing and authentication process. * Maintain expert-level knowledge of our current inventory, market trends, and competitive pricing. * Follow up with clients via phone, email, and text to nurture leads and build repeat business. * Support day-to-day showroom operations, including product display, inventory management, and in-person consultations. * Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in luxury sales , preferably with watches, jewelry, or high-end fashion. * Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experience and close high-value sales. * Passion for luxury watches and knowledge of leading brands, particularly Rolex and other Swiss watchmakers. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. * Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and POS systems. * Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to contribute to a high-performance retail environment.
