Supplement your retirement income and make a difference! 360 Quality Care + Transport is seeking part-time and full-time, socially interactive drivers to provide high-quality wheelchair and stretcher transportation for patients traveling to/from doctor's appointments, hospital discharges, and social events. This role is ideal for retired professionals who are customer-service oriented and enjoy making people feel valued. Who we 're looking for: * Retired corporate employees, military personnel, first responders, teachers, and other experienced professionals * Strong background in sales, service, or customer-facing roles * Excellent customer service, reliability, and teamwork skills What you 'll do: * Transport clients safely and comfortably to appointments and social events * Provide exceptional customer service, reflecting 360 Quality Care + Transport's community reputation * Participate in potential opportunities in fleet management, safety, and operations (for the right candidate) * Work hours: Mon -Fri, 6am-6pm, Sat, 9am -5pm, plus scheduled outside-business hours as needed * Rotate Saturday shifts (typically once per month) Training & Certifications: * CPR/AED/First Aid * NEMTAC Certified Transportation Specialist Requirements: * Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) * Ability to pass a drug test and background check Compensation & Benefits: * Starting pay: $18/hour * Performance-based bonuses * Health benefits available Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Do you have Sales and/or Service industry experience? * Are you willing to take a drug test?
