A global manufacturing company is currently seeking an Entry Level Japanese / English Sales Support Administrator to support their sales department at their office in the Delaware, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years' work experience in office administration, sales support, and / or customer service, and a positive, team-oriented mindset. This is a full-time and direct hire position. Entry Level Japanese / English Sales Support Administrator Responsibilities Include * Provide administrative and clerical support for sales department * Communicate with customers and clients in regard to order status, logistics tracking, questions and issues, etc. * Update logistics information, purchase orders, and sales orders in the company system(s) * Assist with product pricing and provide quotations to customers * Interface with other departments and offices to ensure timely delivery of products * Creation of sales reports and miscellaneous documentation for upper management * Other duties as assigned Entry Level Japanese / English Sales Support Administrator Requirements Include: * Minimum high school diploma or GED is required * At Least conversational level of Japanese is required (JLPT N3 or higher) * 2-3 years' work experience in Sales Support / Coordination, Office Administration, or Customer Support, preferably in a manufacturing environment * Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Excel is preferred * Good communication and collaboration ability in a multicultural environment * Strong problem-solving and time management skills * While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
