The successful candidate will be responsible for selling used vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, be fluent in multiple languages, mandarin preferred and have a passion for the automotive industry. Responsibilities - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers. - Work closely with the sales team to maintain high levels of sales performance and achieve sales goals. - Stay up-to-date on the latest inventory and market trends to provide customers with the best possible purchasing experience. - Utilize sales support resources and knowledge to assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle for their needs. - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of vehicle features and capabilities to ensure customers are fully informed. - Perform inventory management tasks, such as organizing and maintaining the sales floor, to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer- centric approach to sales. - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create a welcoming environment for customers. Experience - Proven experience in retail sales or a related field, with a strong focus on automotive sales. - Experience in sales support, including knowledge of sales strategies and techniques. - A background in bilingual or multilingual sales, with proficiency in Mandarin. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. - Experience in inventory management and retail sales. - A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. - A strong understanding of the automotive industry and its latest trends. Skills - Strong skills in outbound sales and sales support. - Excellent sales skills with a focus on customer service. - Fluency in multiple languages, including Mandarin. - Ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services. - Experience in inventory management and retail sales. - Proven ability to work in a team environment. - A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
