Responsibilities * Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services * Develop strong relationships by providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint * Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, follow-up, and personalized consultations * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to confidently address customer questions and objections * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices for continuous improvement * Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process * Keep detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback to support ongoing engagement strategies Skills * Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Exceptional customer service skills that foster trust and loyalty * Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to clearly convey product benefits and solutions * Active listening skills to understand customer needs deeply and respond effectively * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a lively, goal-driven environment * Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, or other relevant tools is advantageous * Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive mindset focused on achieving results and creating positive customer experiences Job Type: Full-time Pay: $68,518.95 - $82,517.44 per year Work Location: In person
