Join our Renewal by Andersen team! Renewal by Andersen is a premier replacement window and door company that has an immediate opening for an Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position with competitive bonus opportunities and growth potential! A successful candidate for this position would focus primarily on inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and setting appointments for our Design Consultants. Responsibilities and Duties: * Set appointments via inbound & outbound calls, while tracking same day appointments, confirmations and cancellations * Average 20-25 calls per hour * Must be able to type at a rate of 30-45 WPM * Provide exceptional service at all times * Maintain a positive attitude in all internal and external communications * Perform other tasks, as needed Qualifications and Skills: * Available to work some evenings and weekend * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Call Center Experience * Experience in achieving goals while being self-motivated * Proven ability to successfully work in a fast pace environment, where accuracy is essential * Strong verbal communication skills * Attention to detail and ability to multitask * Must be highly dependable and have a strong work ethic * Willingness to undergo a Background Check Benefits: * Bonus opportunities * Health insurance * 401K * Paid holidays * Paid time off * Fun and professional company culture!
