Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Financial Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with expert financial guidance and insurance products helping them navigate their financial goals and needs. You will leverage your skills in sales, negotiation, and communication to build strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, outside/inside sales or insurance, and have the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Has a competitive and entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities * Engage with clients to assess their financial and insurance needs and objectives. * Develop and present customized holistic financial plans that align with client goals. * Utilize strong sales techniques to promote financial and insurance products and services. * Negotiate terms and conditions of financial agreements to ensure client satisfaction. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions through effective sales administration. * Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client experience. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably within finance, human resource, banking retail or insurance sectors. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly. * Familiarity with benefits administration is advantageous. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and foster long-term relationships. * Experience in outside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
