Duties * Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. * Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and market presence. * Manage account relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with business objectives. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales performance, managing customer interactions, and analyzing data for informed decision-making. * Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and professional development. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining high standards of customer service. Qualifications * Proven experience in management roles, preferably as a General Manager or similar position. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. * Demonstrated ability in business development and account management. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships effectively. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on findings. * Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on team building and motivation. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with outstanding customer service capabilities.
