Job Description We are hiring a Brand Sales Associate to represent well-known national brands inside retail and event locations throughout the Columbus area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and developing a career in sales and customer engagement. This is a face-to-face sales role. No cold calling, door-to-door, or remote work is involved. Full paid training is provided. What You 'll Do * Engage with customers in a professional, in-person setting * Explain products, services, and current promotions clearly and confidently * Assist customers with enrollment and account setup when applicable * Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity * Meet daily performance and sales goals * Work collaboratively with a local team and on-site leadership What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face * Reliable transportation to local work sites * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required What We Offer * Weekly base pay of $600 -$800 * Performance bonuses and incentives * Paid training and ongoing coaching * Opportunities for advancement based on performance * Supportive, team-focused work environment Additional Information * This is an in-person position in the Columbus, OH area * This role is not remote * Full-time positions only If you enjoy working with people and are looking for an opportunity to grow in sales with structured training and clear expectations, we encourage you to apply.
