Outside Sales & Delivery Specialist Location: Kalispell, MT Pay: $50,000-$80,000/year + incentive bonuses Company Van Provided | Full-Time | Travel Required If you like being out in the field, talking with customers, and growing accounts, not sitting behind a desk, keep reading. Tri-State Restaurant Supply, Inc. has been serving Montana for over 20 years, supplying specialty beverage products to cafes, restaurants, and foodservice operations. We're locally owned, customer-focused, and looking for someone who wants to own a territory and grow it. About the Role This is a hands-on, outside sales role combined with route service and delivery. You'll start your day in Kalispell, load your company van, and spend your time in front of customers. The territory is established, but growth is expected. If you're the type who sees opportunity in every stop, you'll do well here. What You'll Be Doing: * Manage and grow your territory. Maintain existing accounts while actively prospecting for new business. * Sell every day. Have real conversations, recommend products, introduce new items, and follow up. * Build long-term relationships. Become the go-to person for your customers, not just their delivery driver. * Plan your route and schedule. Decide how to use your time to maximize sales and service. * Handle deliveries and restocking. Light delivery work including loading/unloading product and confirming invoices. * Solve problems fast. Fix issues, handle rush needs, and protect the relationship. * Represent Tri-State professionally. Show up prepared, consistent, and customer-first.
