We've experienced substantial growth over the nearly 20 years in business, and we are looking for TWO detail-oriented, high character individuals looking to work within a high performing team. Responsibilities * Establish and maintain customer relationships, and follow up with customers, as needed. * Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. * Develop leads, ask for referrals, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. * Maintain a strong work ethic and lead by example with both willingness to learn and effective problem-solving skills. * Ability to network and participate in community service events and other marketing opportunities.
