The Opportunity We are looking for an Area Sales Rep to build upon our track record of growth in the Phoenix market. If you're a sales closer who builds rapport quickly with face-to-face customers, this is the sales position for you! Our Area Sales Representatives close deals - there's ZERO cold-calling or door- knocking, AND our internal scheduling team pre-books 100% of sales calls. This role is for A-players only. Must have a proven track record of success in closing deals. Order takers need not apply. Compensation & Benefits * $150,000 - $300,000+ OTE, commission-based compensation * Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance * 2 weeks PTO * 6 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday in your birthday month * Paid training * Company vehicle and gas card * Company-provided iPhone and iPad Responsibilities * Close in-person, B2C deals throughout the Phoenix metro- no lead generation, no cold calling, no overnight travel, no door-to-door cold knocking. * HVAC in home sales Preferred Qualifications * Our ideal candidate has B2C sales experience with a short sales cycle - however, we're open to candidates with the right combination of drive, communication skills, and attitude.
