Location: Lexington, KY Job Type: Full-Time Pay: * Starting hourly: $18-$22/hour (Phase 1: first 2 months) * Commission: Up to 20% of self-generated revenue * Bonuses + Growth Opportunities About Us Window Genie is a nationally recognized home service brand specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and window tinting. We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Outside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base in the local market. What You'll Do * Prospect and close new residential & commercial accounts * Conduct in-home or on-site estimates and build customer relationships * Cold call (door-to-door and phone) in assigned neighborhoods * Attend weekly networking groups (e.g., BNI, Chamber of Commerce) * Represent Window Genie at trade shows and community events * Manage leads and appointments using our CRM system * Meet monthly revenue goals and activity targets Key Responsibilities * Generate leads through direct outreach and referrals * Provide professional quotes and follow up with potential customers * Track all activity, follow-ups, and jobs in CRM * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth job fulfillment Qualifications * 1+ year of sales experience (preferred) * Comfortable with door-to-door and in-person sales * Strong communication and people skills * Self-motivated and goal-oriented * Tech-savvy (basic CRM experience preferred) * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Training & Development * Shadow techs to learn the services and pricing * Scripted sales process and objection handling * CRM training and real-time coaching * Monthly one-on-one performance reviews Compensation Plan Phase 1 (First 2 Months): * $18-$22/hour depending on experience * Monthly bonus for hitting revenue targets Phase 2-3 (After 2 months) * commission-based: 20% of self-generated revenue * Ongoing bonuses for top performance * Expected salary range $60K-$100K Why Work With Us * Strong brand recognition and marketing support * Defined growth path from hourly to high-earning commission * Supportive team environment * Make a real impact in your local community Apply Today!
