Our Technology & Systems Platform: * Data-Driven Lead Generation: We provide all the leads. You will plug into our sophisticated, multi-channel lead generation engine for a steady, predictable flow of qualified opportunities. * Optimized Onboarding: Our 30-60-90 day roadmap ensures you master our tech stack, including our advanced CRM which will be pre-loaded with your first leads. * Systems-Based Mentorship: Receive coaching from experts on how to use our technology to maximize your conversion rate of the leads we provide. * Advanced Training: Access Tom Ferry's Breakthrough by Design and Keller Williams' tech training to stay ahead of the curve in lead conversion. * Digital Marketing & Admin Support: Our team handles all the back-end work for the leads we generate, from digital marketing to transaction coordination. * Performance-Based Commissions: Our model, with splits up to 70%, rewards the efficient conversion of the leads our technology platform provides. * A Culture of Innovation: Join a team that uses technology to create abundant opportunities for its agents. Job Details: * Job Type: Full-time * Location: Tucson & Surrounding Areas (Northwest Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Catalina Foothills) * Pay: $50,000 - $150,000+ a year * Benefits: Flexible schedule * Schedule: Self-determined schedule, Weekend availability * Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay Job Requirements: * A professional agent with a commitment to continuous improvement and systems. * A disciplined and proactive mindset, focused on converting opportunities into clients. * A strong ambition to build a scalable business within a supportive framework.
