OVERVIEW The number one goal of everyone in our team is to make our Clients exceptionally happy. The Account Manager plays an important role in making sure that happens.* The Account Manager is responsible for the frontend of client communications. They manage client accounts to assist with onboarding, customer success, and upselling. When help is needed the Service Delivery Manager can assist with service related issues to ensure customer retention. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS CUSTOMER SERVICE * Initiate contact to introduce yourself as their main POC * Delight our Clients with a Friendly, Quick and Helpful Experience * Advocate for clients to ensure they are getting what they need * Introduce new services and upgrades to clients * Track upselling opportunities in our software * Track customer feedback scores TEAM WORK * Follow the communication cadence developed for consistency * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily / weekly recurring tasks * Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change * Contribute to the process of innovative change effectively * Undertake other duties as required by the Executive Team SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES DESIRED * Ability to be reassuring and see issues through to resolution * Great Communications skills, founded in being a good listener * Detail oriented * A deep desire to deliver an amazing Client Experience * The ability to keep up with & adapt to the fast-paced IT world * Tech-"Savy" PERKS * We offer Health / Dental and Vision coverage * An easy-going environment and culture (we all enjoy what we do) * Private Office * A Company Laptop * A Proactive Approach to Ongoing Training to help you develop life-long skills * 401K Salary: $65-70k R44KGB2KDW
