RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PAINTING SALES REPRESENTIVE: If you love talking to people, closing deals, and getting paid what you're worth, keep reading. We're growing fast and looking for hungry, high-energy sales reps to sell residential and commercial painting projects. No experience required -- just confidence, work ethic, and the drive to win. What You'll Be Doing

• Running warm, inbound leads from our marketing team
• Knocking doors in active neighborhoods and property manager operators to generate additional opportunities
• Meeting homeowners and business owners face-to-face
• Inspecting properties and identifying interior & exterior painting needs
• Educating customers on painting options, finishes, timelines, and value
• Presenting estimates and closing contracts on the spot
• Following up, locking in jobs, and stacking commissions You'll own your deals from first conversation to signed agreement -- and get paid for it. What We're Looking For

• Average reps: $75K-$95K
• Strong reps: $100K-$125K+
