Title: Sales Consultant Location: South Boston, MA Compensation: $70,000 -$80,000 Base + 5% Commission We're looking for a driven, personable Sales Consultant to help homeowners and businesses transform their spaces with high-quality window covering solutions. What You 'll Do * Deliver exceptional, high-quality customer service * Generate and follow up on leads, including local canvassing * Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to present window covering solutions and provide estimates * Build strong relationships with homeowners, commercial clients, interior designers, realtors, and builders * Maintain accurate client records, job details, and project updates in the CRM * Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams throughout each project * Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, webinars, and ongoing development * Arrive on time and prepared for all appointments and meetings What We 're Looking For * High School Diploma or GED * Valid driver's license * 1+ year of experience in self-generated sales, commercial sales, or customer service * Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM systems) * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage notes and records efficiently * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High-energy, positive attitude with a team-first mindset Preferred (Not Required) * Window covering sales or service experience * Ability to adapt to change and follow established processes * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure Compensation & Benefits * Base salary + commission (based on experience) * Base salary range: $70k-$80k annually + 5% commission * Paid training * Paid time off and paid holidays * Company vehicle available * Ideal start includes travel training dates: 4/5/2026 - 4/10/2026 Physical Requirements This role involves standing or walking for extended periods, lifting equipment or materials, using a computer, and communicating clearly with customers and team members.
