Outside Sales Representative - FASTSIGNS Richmond Richmond, VA | Full-Time | On-Site Outside sales. Real territory. Real earning potential. FASTSIGNS Richmond is a full-service signage company helping businesses stand out through custom signs, vehicle wraps, architectural signage, banners, and branded environments. We're hiring an Outside Sales Representative who wants to be in the field, build relationships, close deals, and see their work installed all over the city, not stuck behind a desk. This role is best suited for a self-driven hunter who enjoys face-to-face selling and owning the full sales cycle. What You'll Be Doing * Prospecting and developing new business in targeted industries * Conducting on-site client consultations * Identifying signage, branding, and visibility solutions * Managing the full sales process from first contact to completed install * Collaborating with design, production, and install teams * Tracking activity and pipeline in HubSpot CRM * Meeting monthly revenue goals and activity expectations * Networking locally and representing FASTSIGNS in the community What We're Looking For * Outside sales experience preferred (signage, print, construction, B2B services, or similar) * Strong prospecting and closing skills * Comfortable with in-person, relationship-based selling * Organized and detail-oriented * Self-motivated and accountable * Experience with CRM systems and basic tech tools * Ability to read site plans or drawings is a plus * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Compensation & Benefits * Base salary plus uncapped commission * Expected first-year earnings: $60,000 -$100,000+ * Top performers earn six figures * Car allowance or mileage reimbursement * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and paid holidays * 401(k) with company match * Training and professional development Schedule * Monday through Friday * Daytime hours * No nights or weekends Why FASTSIGNS Richmond We are a locally owned, performance-driven team backed by a national brand.
